BE PREPARED! Before you proceed with this online application process for the American Craft Retailers Expo™, please make sure you have the following items prepared and available:

CURRENT ARTIST MEMBERS OF IndieMe™

  • Know what booth size you require and whether a corner space is desired.
  • Current members who have not juried in the past, must jury for ACRE™. Renewing ACRE™ exhibitors and existing members who are already jury approved, will not be re-juried.
  • Know which PAYMENT PLAN you wish to select (see below), and if you are paying by Credit Card or ACH (check draft), please have this information available. Your credit card/ACH will be charged immediately upon acceptance. Your free year of web service begins after your first booth payment.

NOT A CURRENT MEMBER OF IndieMe™

  • Eight (8) quality digital IMAGES of your work, ready to upload from your computer.
  • One (1) quality digital ARTIST IMAGE. This may be a simple head shot or the Image may show you as you make/design your work.
  • Be ready to select your qualifying SHOWCASE. Your showcase selection will determine what special area you are juried within and where retailers will find your work highlighted on the website. Click here for Showcase descriptions.
  • Know which PAYMENT PLAN you wish to select (see below), and if you are paying by Credit Card or ACH (check draft), please have this information available. Your credit card/ACH will be charged immediately upon acceptance. Your free year of web service will begin after your first payment is made.
  • Know what booth size you require and whether a corner space is desired.
  • A valid EMAIL ADDRESS for IndieMe™ to send all show related correspondence.

Payment Plans
MONTHLY - Pay $150 DEPOSIT at signing. Remaining balance will be divided into 4 equal monthly payments to be charged on first business day of each month, with first payment due January 1, 2017, and last payment due April 1, 2017. Credit card or bank draft required.

FULL PAYMENT - Pay in full at signing and receive an additional 5% off your total booth fee. Offer ends January 1, 2017.

Additional Information for Booth Sharers

  • Booth sharers must complete separate applications and include all the information shown above. Sharers are juried separately. Only 2 companies allowed per 10x10 booth, 3 per 10x15, etc.
  • Decide ahead of time, who will be the PRIMARY booth holder and who will be the SECONDARY booth holder. Primary booth holder will be billed for the full booth fee according to payment plan selected, and MUST apply first; Secondary booth holder will be billed for the sharing fee of $530. Secondary booth holder needs to have the Primary's User ID (not their password) in order to apply. It is up to the sharers to decide on cost sharing, but each will be billed as explained above.
  • Both artists must pass the jury to participate.

Important! Please Note:
